“The NRA-PVF is non-partisan in issuing its candidate grades and endorsements. Our decisions are not based on a candidate’s party affiliation, but rather on his or her record on Second Amendment issues. The NRA is a single issue organization. The only issues on which we evaluate candidates seeking elected office are gun-related issues.”
Lois Landgraf ; Solidly pro-gun candidate. A candidate who has supported NRA positions on key votes in elective office or a candidate with a demonstrated record of support on Second Amendment issues.
Opponent; Refused to answer the NRA-PVF Candidate Questionnaire, often an indication of indifference, if not outright hostility, to gun owners’ and sportsmen’s rights.
“We favor candidates who support business, free market economics, education outcomes, better transportation infrastructure, families, health care innovations, and anything else that helps more people avoid poverty and enjoy prosperity.”
House District 21
Incumbent Landgraf is a competent, seasoned public servant with a deep knowledge of issues. She exudes willingness to listen and work with anyone who can help advance the interests of her constituents. She supported a bill to provide tax exemptions for veterans. She has worked to make it easier for retirees to remain in Colorado, even as the cost of living continues going up. She cares about people and gets results.
It has been my pleasure to work alongside Lois LANDGRAF promoting charter schools and parent choice in education. She has been an effective partner in our work to diminish and roll back the Common Core from the classrooms of Colorado.
State Representative HD 19
Former State Board of Education
“I’m honored to lend my support to Representative Lois Landgraf. As a Representative for District 21, she has supported our community by introducing legislation relative to the PPRTA, as well as aided in our efforts to work with the Air Force in resolving PFOA issues in our water. As a previous Councilmember for Fountain, she has shown her interest in our community and has continued to positively represent us at the State level.”
City of Fountain Colorado
I have had the opportunity to know and work with Representative Landgraf during her 6 years as a legislator and her time as a member of Fountain’s City Council.
Her honest and pragmatic insight into our community’s problems and needs, as well as her willingness to examine the issues and listen closely to the public’s questions and concerns, clearly makes her the best person for the job. It is my pleasure to endorse Lois for State Representative of House District 21.
Mayor pro Temp
Fountain City Council
For the three years that I have served on the State Board of Education I have appreciated Lois Landgraf’s leadership on education issues. The statements made by her opponent that she has in anyway supported Common Core are completely inaccurate and in fact she has assisted the efforts of the Republicans on the State Board of Education to eliminate Common Core from Colorado standards and curriculum. I am proud to work with her to resist the federal intrusion into Colorado’s public schools. I look forward to working with Lois in the future to improve education for our children and keep Colorado free of Common Core and other federal education schemes.
Member, Colorado State Board of Education
5th Congressional District
I have worked with Lois Landgraf for a number of years, both in her position as a city Council woman in Fountain and now as our HD21 Colorado state representative. She is a stalwart conservative republican. I have witnessed her commitment and dedication to the citizens of her district. She understands the benefits of collaboration and The working relationships between elected officials and the community. I am proud to lend my support and endorsement to Lois in her bed for re-election.
Sheriff Bill Elder, El Paso County
Thank you Lois for all you do, we appreciate true leadership.
